Lorna is also a trained teacher who worked as a university lecturer for many years, including setting up one of the UK’s first Masters degrees in digital marketing. She knows how to explain things clearly without jargon or assumptions, because she’s spent her career translating complicated marketing concepts into practical advice that people can actually use.
Steve Hanlon leads the technical side of the day. He’s a developer with years of experience across a huge range of technologies and industries and has been involved in AI research since the 90s. Steve handles all the technical tool demos and is on hand throughout the day to help you interpret what the tools are telling you about your site. He’s patient, knows his stuff inside out, and has a knack for explaining technical things in a way that actually makes sense to non-technical people.
