Stop guessing what Google (and AI) wants from your website

Have you been told your business needs SEO but aren’t sure what that means in practice? Paying someone to “do your SEO” without really knowing what they’re doing? Wondering what AI search means for your business and whether the old rules still apply?

Search is changing fast. When Google shows an AI Overview, fewer than one in five searches now end in a click to a website. Getting found, and getting quoted by AI, needs more than it did a couple of years ago. The good news is most of it is work you can do yourself once you know what to look for.

This isn’t a day of slides and wondering how any of it applies to you. You’ll spend the day running our AI audit tool on your own website, with two trainers on hand to help. By 5pm you’ll have a detailed SEO audit report written about your site, with a prioritised action plan that tells you what to do first, what you can do yourself and what to hand to your developer.

No prior SEO knowledge needed. No jargon. Join us in person or live online. It’s the same day either way.

If you’ve been on one of our webinars, this is where you get to apply it all to your own website.

How the day works

Seven prompts, one report about your website

We explain each area of SEO in plain English, then you put it straight into practice on your own site using our AI audit tool. Each of our seven prompts builds a section of your report, and each one knows what came before, so the advice gets more specific to your business as the day goes on.

  1. Your business. Tell the tool about what you do, who you serve and where.
  2. Your customers. Build detailed personas of the people you want to reach.
  3. Your keywords. Find what those customers search for, then check and add to the list with free tools.
  4. Your content. Score your most important page against 22 checks for trust, expertise and helpful content.
  5. Your pages. A full on-page audit, with the option to compare yourself against a competitor.
  6. Your Google Business Profile. See how well you’re set up to appear in local and map results.
  7. Your technical SEO. Speed, security, structured data, indexing and whether AI tools can read your site.

At the end of the day you click one button and the tool brings all seven sections together into a single Word document, ready to take away.

Why not just ask ChatGPT to look at my site?

You could, but general AI tools often can’t read your live site properly, and when they can’t, they fill in the gaps with things that sound plausible but aren’t true. Our tool pulls the real details from your pages and gives them to the AI, so it’s working from your site and your content. Our prompts have been carefully written and extensively tested to ask the right questions in the right order. And where the tool can’t check something, your report says so rather than guessing.

You also have us. We help you sense check what the tool tells you and push back where something doesn’t look right, because nobody knows your business better than you do.

What’s in your report

A detailed audit of your website that you can start working through the next morning

This isn’t a page of general tips. It’s a full report about your business and your site, including:

  • A summary of how your site is doing, with a red, amber or green rating for content, on-page SEO, Google Business Profile, technical SEO and AI search readiness
  • Your customer personas and a researched keyword list to use for all your future content
  • Detailed findings for every area, explained in plain English
  • A prioritised action plan that lists every issue in order of impact, with how serious it is, how long it should take to fix and which ones are quick wins
  • Who should do each job, so you know what you can tackle yourself and what to pass on
  • Ready-to-send emails for your developer, explaining exactly what needs doing and why, so you don’t have to work out how to ask

People tell us this is what makes the day. Instead of going home with a head full of advice and no idea where to start, you go home with a plan.
